Vision Committee

Born in 2023 from the collaboration between Corporate Regeneration and Realco, our Vision Committee — our Regeneration Board — has found its rightful place at the heart of the company.

Governance in service of the living

It is a unique governance space: a place where guardians of Realco’s vision come together, along with guardians of planetary boundaries, the social foundation, regeneration, and future generations. Together, they ensure that we stay true to our ethic as a “regenerative company,” guided by the three P’s: People, Planet, Prosperity.

9 guardians, a diversity of perspectives

The Committee brings together ten guardians. Half come from Realco, the other half from outside the company, bringing external and challenging perspectives. Gender parity is respected, and all age groups are represented, because today’s decisions affect those of tomorrow.

Vision Committee

The Vision Committee meets three to four times a year. Meetings that are spaced out, but intense. A pace that leaves room for reflection, without losing the thread of action.

What is the role of the Vision Committee?

The Committee’s mission is to challenge the company: questioning its objectives, ambitions, decisions, and impacts, always measured against our societal vision. But its role doesn’t stop there. It is also a source of inspiration: it pushes us to accelerate the transition, strengthen our impact, and continuously question the ethics of what we do.
