1. General information
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders for products and services. Unless otherwise specifically agreed, all orders imply the buyer’s agreement with our general terms and conditions of sale.
2. Prices
Price lists, catalogues, technical notices, advertising or promotional material do not constitute a binding commitment by the company.
The applicable prices are those of the price list in force. The amounts indicated are exclusive of VAT. The prices quoted in the offer apply exclusively to the offer in question.
Any offer of products or services has a limited duration indicated on the quote. Beyond this period, the company cannot guarantee the accuracy of the prices that have been quoted.
3. Order
Any order received by Realco is considered to be binding. At the written request of the buyer, Realco reserves the right to cancel an order and charge a processing fee
4. Terms and conditions of delivery
All our prices are Ex works.
– At national level, free delivery conditions are to be checked with the respective sales departments.
– At international level, unless specifically agreed in writing, delivery conditions will be evaluated on an order by order basis.
5. Delivery times
5.1. Regarding “make to stock” orders : Delivery times are indicative, they are 3 to 10 working days
depending on the availability of the goods and the destination.
5.2. Regarding “make to order” orders: we recommend that you validate the delivery times with the sales representative in charge of the file.
In every cases, possible delays do not entitle the buyer to cancel the sale, to refuse the goods or to claim damages.
6. Complaints
Upon receipt, the buyer must check the conformity of the order. In the event of discrepancies or defects, Realco must be notified in writing within 48 hours of delivery. Beyond this period, the goods are considered to have been accepted.
7. Transport
Unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing, all goods will be delivered under the Incoterm EWX (Ex- Works) conditions, at the risk of the buyer, regardless of the method of transport.
8. Invoicing
The law of August 14, 2021, amended by the law of August 2, 2002, provides that the agreed payment term in commercial transactions can never exceed 60 days.
The law states: “Without prejudice to Article 7, the parties may agree on a payment term that does not exceed sixty calendar days. Any contractual clause that provides for a longer payment term is deemed unwritten.”;
Any invoice not contested by registered letter within 8 days of its receipt is deemed to be definitively accepted by the recipient.
The buyer is required to respect the payment deadlines specified on the invoice.
Failing that, any invoice not paid on the due date will automatically and without notice result in a conventional interest charge of 2% per month, from the due date, as well as a fixed and conventional compensation set at 15% of the amount of the invoice with a minimum of 40 EUROS (article 1152 of the Civil Code).
9. Privacy Protection
By browsing our site, concluding a contract with us, subscribing to our newsletter, or completing our contact form, you may provide us with the following personal data: IP address, first name, last name, email address.
We collect and process only the personal data that you provide to us in accordance with the provisions of European Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 (effective as of May 25, 2018) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR).

Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries.
